I have to say the end of the year seemed to fly by. We had so many things going on and here in the Midwest the lovely winter weather doesn't help anything.
We had a wonderful Christmas this year with my family. We really really missed Sean's family and are so looking forward to being able to spend some time with them next year. Sean tells me nothing compares to a Graff Christmas.
We had about 3 Christmas' this year: 1 with my moms family on Christmas Eve, another Christmas morning just the 3 of us and finally Christmas day at my sister's house with our dad and step mom. Killian had so much fun seeing everyone. She was so excited to see her Papa Craig and Grandma Ella (Janella). She of course was spoiled again this year by her grandparents, aunts, uncles and her parents. Sean and I had decided to not go too crazy with Christmas presents since she had just had a birthday and since we are really over crowded in out current house, but apparently that means buy her a giant Barbie Jeep to her dad! Sean was very proud of this gift, Killian however is scared of it. I am sure she will grow into though. Some of her toys she does play with are her art easel, her barking dog puppet, her dress up doll and a Candy Land game. She is quite funny with the Candy Land game. She wont let us try to play the actual game yet, she just likes to pull the handle and have the pieces fall out. She also likes to put any other pieces into the tube to try to drop out, however when the pieces are bigger and get stuck it doesn't work so well.
Openning presents Christmas morning!
Look golf clubs!
Candy Land (thank you Aunt Erin, Uncle Mark, Aubree and Bryce)
Time for the stockings.
Santa brought Sean his own coffee cup!
Barbie Jeep!!
Gotta check out what's under the hood.
After all the Christmas festivities we went and got some long overdue family pictures. Killian was such a little model. She was all smiles and stayed exactly where the photographer would pose her. I am so glad she doesn't loath the camera like her mom!

Our Family!

Killian and Sammy
This year we spent New Years at home playing games with our friends Sean and Stefanie. Killian tried to stay up until they arrived but at 7:30 she informed us that she was ready for bed and off she went. Around 9:00 I heard her awake and let her visit with Sean and Stefanie. She was quite a silly girl for them. After she went to bed again we were playing our new sports resort for wii. This game is a lot of fun and kept us laughing all night.
We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season and an amazing 2009.
Love your family photos and hearing about your Christmas & New Years.
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures! Glad you had such a fun Christmas with Killian. Have I told you how much Bryce loves Killian? Every single time he walks past the fridge where her picture is posted he points to it and yells "Kiki!"
ReplyDeleteErin that is so cute! Killian loves looking at the pictures and watching the videos on the blogs. She gets so excited and we have to watch them over and over and over. The only bad part is that she doesn't quite get that all her cousins on the Graff side live far away. She tells us she wants to go play with them and then she gets upset when we tell her it's too far away.
